DLS chorus/vib

the chorus/vib does not have the same range as the ultra chorus. I had both for a while. The fulltone and ebs sound like toys by comparison. DLS is now selling an ultra chorus in the smaller housing now but i'll probably stick with the chorus vib for the time being.

Everything has been going great except we've been 10 days with zero furniture, sleeping on a borrowed leaky air mattress ...supposedly our furniture will arrive tomorrow, but it's not certain. Also neither of us has jobs yet. The good news is it's freaking gorgeous here right now, and our house has a big yard for the dog, and there are some great parks nearby too.
To keep on topic of effects, I received two expensive compressors in the mail right after all of our possessions (including the rest of my gear) had already been packed up in containers and trucked away. So I've had these two cool spendy new toys just sitting here in their boxes amidst the few other necessities we had crammed into the car, with no way to test or enjoy them.

Ohh yeah. I can't wait to hear what you think about the Retro. 
Both my amp and cab blew up this week, so I doubt I'll have much money to throw around with effects for a while. I may still make some small purchases, though. I've got a shootout in mind.
Plus, I'm still on the fence about the Mammoth...

so, about this DLS. does anyone have any clips with bass? has anyone compared it to the Analogman Bi-Chorus (with deep switch, maybe)? i'm considering the Ultra Chorus II, but would love to hear more info/reviews.

if you're looking for a jaco sort of chorus, the DLS is hard to beat though it has many other chorus sounds as well. Most other choruses are just too muddy for bass.
