Both the repairman and I have been in touch with DNA over the last year through e-mails. A few months ago I called the repairman who said he had received an e-mail from DNA stating they had received the parts from the manufacturer and were arranging shipping. The parts never came. I tried e-mailing DNA through their site today, Dec.1, 2021, but the contact tab did not work. I sent an e-mail to Club Bass, where I bought the head, to ask if he was still able to contact DNA. I am waiting for a reply. Was the parts order ever followed up by your repair shop to be sure the communications didn't get lost? Did you ever follow up with DNA yourself?
Seems like a long time to wait without follow-up?
DNA is still in business, and they have an authorized dealer in Totanto (Club Bass, Dave Freeman) should be able to sort it out for you.
I just read somebody recommending DNA cabs so apparently the word isn't out that they're no longer supporting their customers. Sad.I just heard back from Club Bass, where I bought the DNA head. They stopped being a DNA dealer, years ago, because they had bad experiences looking for dealer support. Seems like DNA doesn't leave just their consumers without support. Yet they still list Club Bass in Toronto as one of their dealers!
