Do EBS Microbass II need an additional limiter?

Well, I have bought EBS Microbass II last year. My friend asked me to buy his Boss LM-2 (limiter) . Will it worth to buy boss LM-2 since EBS already has it feature?
If anyone could share the (+) or (-) review by using additional limiter like Boss LM-2 for EBS Microbass II, it really helps me

The Boss Lm-2 is a compressor. Meanwhile the EBS Micro-Bass II is a DI, a distortion and EQ pedal with a blend. The EBS does many thinks but it does not do compression.

If you need a compressor, you might need both pedals.
