Do i get this..

Let me preface this by asking PLEASE not to scoop up this bass...im close to pulling the trigger i just was looking for a second opinion.

It's an easy fix, but if you don't do electronics, get help. Great deal on a good bass.

I think so...but it looks more significant than just soldering...anyone know if its a decent bass?

I have four 34" scale necks, all from Ibanez TR Series basses. It's more than decent if it's been kept adjusted. Sometimes they get neglected and the necks get bowed. Looking that the headstock I think that's a Made in Indonesia bass and probably has an agathis body which is fine and light.

Its a good bass, though, don't understand why they just don't fix the input, but, judging by the size and color of the nails in the last pic, its a chick.... good luck man

Wow, that didn't sound sexist at all! What I meant to say was do your homework, ask questions. My ex sold three of my guitars & and conga set on craigslist once. just make sure it wont be any legal trouble in the end. She went to jail.
