And virtually everybody who get an $89 (take a wild guess) will be absolutely sure to compare it to a… MIM Fender.

Who cares what the gear snobs think? My friend has a MIM Fender Jazz that I borrowed for a gig. It's a great bass. And this isn't from a Fender lover, either, I used to hate Fenders. I can't say enough nice things about that bass.

Obviously a joke, not a troll, and it's responses like some of the ones on here, particularly the serious one about "who cares what gear snobs think," why I usually refrain from the forums here.... I just happened to click on this when logging in to browse the classifieds. Jeeze....

Actually that was the second-to-the-last straw…

I went to another thread and read it again.

I’m not actually mad, ya know… just making a point. Seems like everybody picks on MIMs for some reason.
