Do you dye your hair?

A friend of mine just dyed out his greys from his thick, lustrous hair. As my wispy little follicles were escaping from the top of my head as fast as they can I wanted to punch him.

dyed it once in L.A. when I was going for the devilock look:

My hair reacted poorly, even with some conditioning, so I vowed never to do that again.
I nearly wore out my black poncho around that time, one I picked up in Ensenada.

I have at least grown my hair now, like I had always wanted to, halfway down my back.

Nope. When my beard first started going white, I tried some of it, came out a freakish orange. So I'm the one that voted "carrots".

While I'm not free from all age-related woes, at almost 50 I have thick black (actually really dark brown but it has to he in sunlight to not look black) hair. And it's getn kinda long.

I'm 68 and still have a bit of dark in my (fortunately full) hair.

I figure I earned every grey hair.

Look, if you start you have to maintain and that's a huge pain in the ass so I won't even start. Plus gray makes me "refined" not old.

Nah. My hair has been turning gray for close to 20 years, but it's still doing so at a glacial pace--I'm 55 now and the vast majority is still brown. Besides, that's too much effort for me.

I'm 63 and still have most of my hair, but it's quite grey. The average age in my one group is early 30's. I'm the old man in the group, so I have thought of adding colour.
