    You can improve your short-term memory by getting more, regular sleep. About 7-8 hours a night. If you snore get a sleep study to determine if you have sleep apnea. Sleep problems can affect all parts of your life.

    Bad news,some people say that there might be something wrong there,I mix up/twist words,I forget what something is called and call out something weird.People who don't know me give me a weird look.:D

    I don't speel well,I don't eat healty,I drink cofee,smoke,booze som eother bad habits etc. etc . :p

    I want to know if its common.

    ps:I didn't write speel on purpose,it came out like that and I figured it out before I posted.It happens A LOT when I'm writing and sometimes even speaking.
