Do you headbang while recording ?

I do just a bit mainly just bobing my head and tapping my foot. but on stage it is all out crazy, i have been told by many people that i have headbanged harder than most people they have seen, including professional.
this is a little video of a band i filled in for, we didn't play that well, because we only practiced once as this lineup. but we won the whole show and $150. and the reason im holding my bass with my hand and playing with my thumb at the end, is because the screw holding my strap to the bass ripped out.

I apparently do that turtle neck thing where I move my head/neck forwards and backwards in time with the music. Neck forward = downbeat.
Oh and I'm also apparently and "Eyebrows-down" bassist as opposed to a sissy "eyebrows up"......
