Like Robert Glasper, Snarky Puppy, Mono Neon etc. There are whole crews around these guys that spider out to even more interesting bands and music.

I must confess I love nearly everything about any project of Louis Cole's I've heard...except for the Knower singer's voice. Something about that sound just grates on my ears.
But man, those grooves are tight.
