Meh.
When ever I am at the type of feast that includes deviled eggs, there is usually something better right next to them.

Yes, they are great!! Cayenne pepper instead of paprika makes them even better 
If you eat too many it brings on a "Hellish" sulfer smell

One of my girlfriend's friends from San Jose makes awesome deviled eggs every Fourth of July. Mmmm... 
Oddly enough, it's the only time I eat them. During the rest of the year, the thought of deviled eggs never comes to mind. It's almost like they don't exist for me until illegal fireworks start showing up in the local neighborhoods

I love them. They also give me horrendous gas. Double your pleasure!
But imagine if deviled eggs gave you GAS instead... every music store would serve them at the entrance!
