Do you offend yourself ?

Eh, not so much offend myself, but I feel the need to censor myself. I'm agnostic and I will occasionally make Jesus jokes, or just generally make light of Christianity in general. I personally think it's funny BECAUSE it's so taboo and personally, I think if there was a God, he'd learn to have a sense of humor and agree with some of my views.

BUUUUUUT, I have some Christian friends, and they shouldn't have to put up with my ****. It will just slip, and I'll apologize. I have no problem whatsoever with my friends beliefs and have no desire to "convert" them like many non Christians, I just go for shock sometimes.

... I guess that more answers "Do you offend others." But I do remember making some comments... not even religious, and doing so in a very stream of consciousness type of manner and afterwards being like, "Whoa, that was a bit much." Doesn't offend me, but would offend the **** out of your grandma.

Why the fark not?!? :eyebrow:

The world has been putting up with that gawd/hayseuss cr@p for years!!

Keep it up!! You know anything jokewise along the lines of...

"Santa, the Easter Bunny, and God walk into a bar..." ??? :p

It's true. Xtianity has been shoved down our throats for a long time, and if someone forces their viewpoints down my throat, I'll share mine. My friends and I will have debates/discussions on the issues of religion, but generally my thoughts are, by whatever means if you are a good person, I'm down.

They don't try to convert me, and strangely don't think I'm going to hell (they don't know me very well, do they? ;) )... we get along fine.
