Do your pedals cost more than your basses?

Well, I always vote the straight Carrot Party ticket, so...no Carrot option, no vote. However...
I only have one pedal (an MXR M83 - a fancy chorus/flanger thingy) that cost about as much as the cheapest bass I own. A Chinese Starfire violin bass that cost me $139 - shipping included. The 21 other basses? Sorry, but... not even close... And, honestly? I use the Starfire a whole lot more than I do the pedal...

The ones I've bought 'just for bass'? Probably not.

But in total? It's very possible... :wideyed:

I just spent the afternoon trying to help my guitar player load new patches into his pedal, and actually considered buying a used one for myself just to learn it.... Any excuse will do I guess... :D

I bought a Korg Volca Modular just because another friend wanted one and was on the fence about it. I convinced him by telling him I would buy one myself. So yeah.... more pedals.
