Double Bass Documenting Your Kay Bass or Cello

I have been on the Kay Bass site several times and have been unable to find the actual register of instruments. Probably my fault, but is there something I'm missing or is it not there yet? I have a 1937 Alvin Hawes M-4. Serial number 1062. It was previously registered. Thanks, Steven!

#1062 has been registered since 2005, last updated in May of this year.

Because it contains identifying information on individual instruments and owners, the Registry can't be public. But I'm happy to answer any question. What would you like to know?

No?

How long ago was the old website discontinued? Because it seems like it wasn’t so long ago that I was looking at it, like maybe last year.

I was finally able to take the old site down last spring. After Roger died it took some time and hassle to transfer the domain name and get hold of the keys. The new site is still in development.
