Does anybody have any knowledge on this jazz control plate?

I am thinking about doing a jazz parts bass and was nosing around on eBay for parts and found this control plate,

Can anybody offer up any advice and/or knowledge? Thanks in advance!

I second this question. Thinking about throwing this in my bass and wondered about quality, usefulness, etc. The video link is pretty explanatory, just want to know if anyone has one of these and how do you like it?
