Does anyone have experience with Bass Mods

I pre ordered a new bass from Bass Mods and at first they were very good with communicating, So when they told me the bass was finished I paid the remaining balance in full and now they won't respond at all. Haven't heard anything in two days.
Should I be worried?

I’ve have gotten four basses from Rob with bassmods and yes sometimes there are minor lapses in communication but nothing you should be worried about. He has always delivered and been quality with the product and service.

The Bass finally arrived! I am very impressed with bass and it will be my go to. I just wish the communication from them had been better.
