Does anyone know who makes Laurel brand basses?

I was trying to get some info on Laurel bass guitars. I am looking for a company web site or any info you guys can offer. Can't find anything when I do a search. I bought one from E-Bay and wanted some info.
It's a cool looking bass...a 5 string "Warlock" copy. Even if it is a piece of crap, it was only $99.00 and in excellent condition.

I know this is an older post, but any more news on this bass? I'm looking at picking up one as a backup. Looks cool, if it plays and sounds halfway decent it's worth the price.

if you do buy one make sure noone has tampered with the wiring as you wont be able to find anyone who can fix it right...or anyone who will send you the schematics to repair it your self...
