I'm looking to add this to an Epifani UL-115 cab? Ideally I would like it to hold an additional UL-115 also.

I have one on my Walkabout 12, and have used it for years to haul the WA, and on occasion, an additional Mesa 1x12.
IMO/IME, it works fine. My only complaint is that its smallish wheels don't handle gravel too well, but I don't have to face that too often.
good luck
I've been looking at these, but wasn't sure it could handle both cabs. They only weight about 70 pounds total.

Does it come with those straps, or did you get your own? If so what did you use?
You can get those folding carts at one of the discount stores like Costco for around $30 (maybe a little less).
The step up magna cart at Amazon is less than $40
