does this sound bad?(description)

This is a Used Boss ODB-3 bass overdrive pedal in great shape....A few nicks out of the paint here and there.....but works and sounds fine....Made in Taiwan..Thanx for looking.

After testing this pedal more........I have found a bit of static mostly in the gain pot but it goes away after a few turns of the knob...probably just needs a spray of cleaner.

Its for buying a ODB-3 Distortion to run through my practice amp. Used pedal, I'm buying online so there is no play before purchase. What do you think?

Any questions I should ask the seller so I dont get a deffective pedal?

well, from what i have seen on TB, you can get a odb-3 in good condition for really cheap here, without the broken pieces...
