Mine has been taking care of me for 14 years now. Think of them like a personal sales assistant. I don’t know how you got banned but hope you’re able to find another retainer who will work with you.Sweetwater suck. They ended up banning me due to a sales "Engineer" incompetence. Whatever the hell kind of title that is anyway for a customer service job.

They’ve never let me down. I’ve had great service through my assigned rep, Jonathon Appleton, for about ten years now. Guitars, basses, amps, cabs, peddles, accessories etc. He doesn’t call me except to follow up on an order. He emails me occasionally when he thinks there is something I might be interested in. No pressure, just friendly exchanges once in a while. They replaced a Mesa 410 cab on their shipping dime, no questions or hassles. Can’t ask any more than that. I’m a very happy customer. And will continue to be.Hmm, sorry to hear you’re having issues. I still continue to receive amazing customer service from them. I just had a piece of line 6 gear that was still 3 to 4 weeks within the two-year warranty and they replaced it without issues.

After many bad customer service experiences, my last item was defective. They have been unresponsive and just difficult. I just canceled an order for a guitar and they were like, okay see ya. Now I have to wait 1-2 weeks for them to process the return of the item so that I can cancel my credit card.
From whom do y’all purchase guitars?
They would probably pay your therapists bill to keep a paying customer...If you can't work with SWEETWATER then you should consider seeing someone professionally to work through whatever it is that is causing these people to ask you to "take your show on the road!"![]()
I have never had an issue with returns from Sweetwater and I have spent an insane amount of money with them over the years . During the Covid time , I must have ordered a dozen cabs and amps and a bass or two and I returned everything but my Mesa amp and Sweetwater covered all the return costs . Hopefully that service rep was sent packing .

Nothing but a couple of returns. Still would buy strings and straps. No idea. They got funny when I made a fuss about a restocking fee when the "engineer" never mentioned it for this particular item.If you can't work with SWEETWATER then you should consider seeing someone professionally to work through whatever it is that is causing these people to ask you to "take your show on the road!"![]()
