My eyes are bad. What kind of neck plates are those?
hey, mine aren't so great either 
--- seems like i have a different pair of specs for every single activity i do! 
they're DIY, "custom" plates for my parts basses. they're aluminum, in keeping with my pursuit of lightweight EBs. and then i make decals to cover the plates + clearcoat to protect them. here they are in photoshop as i printed them to decal paper:
