Don't Bounce

As far as the matter of race goes, I believe you have every right, within yourself, to think what you will about the people you encounter. You could be right about them. You could be wrong. In most cases, you're never going to know.

Because of that, I don't think your right extends to posting those feelings here, especially posting them as though they are facts, as you initially did. That's just wrong.

I agree, it's wrong. This city is so polarized and recently I have just had it with thses idiots.

One thing I am not going to concede, it's not my playing or interpretation of the audition material. If anything I have made the mistake of auditioning with guys that are no where near my level of experience or musicianship.

There are some really cool musicians and bands here.I will find the right people again, I did it before, I can do it again.

I have been auditioning in places where I should have known better.

As you know there are a lot of these guys out here that are half assed musicians with pipe dreams that they could never execute and develop into a working band. I have a career that afords me the ability to be a musician.Which means I have the time, can invest in gear and can meet most bands schedules. However I wish I could make a living at it.

Sooner or later someone will recognize my playing ability

I agree, maybe it's not race maybe it's age. I know it's not my playing.

Its probably your attitude.
