If using drugs were a victimless crime, I'd imagine helping wouldn't be a priority.
Upbringing and family structure have an impact. Despite a good upbringing, I've known a few folks who fall into substance abuse traps.
I strongly disagree. Some people like to experiment and seek new ways to get high. Sometimes smoking a couple joints just isn't enough. Obviously that doesn't apply to everyone.
Yet for some reason the percentage of folks doing boneheaded things with regards to drugs/alcohol is noticeably lower in countries with less Puritan drug/alcohol laws.
Who the hell would even consider doing a drug called "bath salt"?

I think I'll "put the word on the street" that cooking up some dog poo and vinegar will really give a great high and is undetectable by law enforcement. Maybe I can make a quick buck before it all falls down. Don't own a dog but I'll make do anyhow.....
Perhaps those countries also have more educated people and better parenting.

As an arborist, I concur. Also, I agree with the whole Darwin concept of thinning the herd. Any dippoopie that would inject "Bath Salts" shouldn't breed.
