Totally! Trying to get my hands on an AD200 but the prices are steep. But, they are 100 percent worth it!!

I've only seen one stoner-type band with a bass player using an Orange amp (Dead Meadow).

tubes are always a plus, it doesn't hurt to have a big muff in front either!

That isn't actually my band, its just most of my old band (plus a drummer they stole off me). Basically anything I did with that drummer turned to Om, and Om have already done all of that idea.

Seen Ampeg SVT's, Mesa 400+, Sound City bass 200, Ampeg V9, and actually even a GK.

Sunns and Orange are also pretty common. Peavey, too (loud and cheap).
