DR Black Beauties (neons)

Does anyone have any pros/cons with these strings.
i'm currently using black beauties on one P-bass and they just work: feel good, sound good. i have a set of the red neons (currently unstrung) but they're the same (on the last ax where they were used).

IME: they're wonderful string sets. my only "con" observation is a personal one: i wish they were made in slightly lighter gauges for my preferences (compare to roto 66 35-90, or TI jazz rounds 43-89).

if you like the feel/playability/sound of them = get 'em and rock! good luck with your neons!

I just got a set for purely aesthetic reasons, and I needed new strings anyway. I'm totally impressed by their tone and playability - but they're lighter (45-105) than whatever was on there (came with the bass when I bought it used). On a white squire P bass with rosewood fretboard and a black pick guard - I love the look.
