Double Bass Dragonetti bow ?

I hope that I have spelt the name Dragonetti correctly. I have been told that this particular bow is a Dragonetti. I gather Dragonetti was an Italian classical bass player and composer.
The bow has real horse hair and had been kept with an old three string double bass in a house,unplayed for over forty years. So what is good bad or indifferent about this bow ?
