Edgar Meyer - upright
Bela Fleck - banjo

Nickel Creek qualifies as a dream band already, and adding Meyer and Fleck would allow them to rule the world!

Drums: Jojo Mayer (Nerve)

I guess they would be able to come up with some new, experimental music, while making it listenable :P or not...
