Drop down tuning strings

Is it one step down, or is the lowest tuned-string dropped an extra step?
If it's 1 step full down on all the strings, DR's DDT strings, if you're doing something like Drop D or Drop C you'll probably want to look at putting some singles together or a set from Circle K.

DR DDT's should be fine for that.
I've been playing in some form of a drooped tuning for well over 10 years now....
I used to always just find whoever made the thickest gauge and just get those from JustStrings.com. I believe Dean Markley makes a decent set.
I tried a set from Circle K, I'll never shop anywhere else ever again.
You can find some crazy gauges there. Let me tell you, the more you can beef up on your gauges as you explore lower tunings, the results are incredible.

DR call their strings DDTs, but the gauges are designed for all-fourths tunings.
Will you be permanently in DADG? If so Circle Ks are designed to have equal tension on each string in drop tuning, so no more floppy low string: Link Removed

To clarify ...
Drop D means DADG with a fifth as the lowest interval.
Standard D means DGCF all-fourths.
