Dropped my Sadowsky

You can use the red rubber gaskets from Grolsch beer bottles. Each 4 pack comes with enough gaskets to do two instruments, and the beer is a nice bonus.

I don't like Schallers because sometimes the straplock will swivel upside down (if you move around a lot) and then your bass "drops" an inch or two, when the straplock repositions itself correctly. It can make you flub notes, when it happens.

I move around a lot, and this has *never* happened to me, and I'm not even really sure how it could possibly happen. There isn't an inch or two of gap in there, and if the thing swivels around (which it shouldn't at all, if it's tightened properly), it would still be on the same lateral plane. How could it possibly drop down from swiveling?
