DR's For Drop E

Hey! I am looking at higher bass tunings. I am thinking drop E (EBEA). I like a 100 E in Hi Beams and their extra lights go as small as 30/50/70, and then throw a 100 E in there. Anyone tried this?

I like Hi Beams in 45/65/85/110 for DADG, 65-125 Hi Beams for BEAD, 45-105 for EADG, 65-125 DR DDT's for CGCF, 60-120 DR DDT's for C#G#C#F#, so I'm thinking an unbalanced, custom set with 30-70 and a low 100.

Also, if you have done this, any need to get a new nut?

I haven't gone quite as low as drop E, but DR DDT's are my favorite downtuning string and they seem to be very reliable at those low ranges. Basically any hex-core stainless steel round should do.
The OP is talking about UP-tuning A-D-G one whole step from EADG to EBEA with the Hi Beam .100 for the low E, which is the standard E.

30-50-70-100 should work.
