Drummers: A Lamentation.

I planned ahead and started my son on drums at age 2. He's 12 now and pretty good, and getting better all the time. We obviously aren't doing any bar gigs yet, but the day will come. The best thing is that I get to make sure he learns good meter, dynamics, and style.

Honestly, I don't know why Charlie Watts has the gig. Bill Wyman never looked too excited about it either.

Okay, let me clarify: I'm talking about a ROCK AND ROLL band... Sabbath, Sass Jordan, Aerosmith, AC/DC, etc. The Stones are a blues-based pop/rock band that follows whatever trend is happening at the time.... and with a drummer who can't play a hi-hat and snare at the same time.

Funny stuff here.

Ludicrous, but it made me chuckle.
