It's my go-to at any Thai place. I always ask for extra spicy and make sure they understand that I understand what extra spicy means at a Thai restaurant. I'm usually sweating after a few bites but it's so good. They're call pad kee mao and I love them even though I'm not a noodle guy. There's something so tasty about chilis and fresh basil!
Yes.Is this vodka, gin, or bourbon ramen noodles?
Killedbydeath would have a fascinating and questionable explanation about the term "drunken" and what it means in Thai and why it's called drunken noodles. I miss him.Is this vodka, gin, or bourbon ramen noodles?
My now-formerly favorite Thai place substituted spaghetti for the wide rice noodles last time I ordered. I didn't discover this until I got home with the takeout.
I....I....I....

Ehhh
Maybe it's just me, but most of the time I've gotten drunken noodles, they aren't prepared well. They're usually oily, burnt and/or stuck together. Not my favorite.
