Dumb, but it worked.

Needed to replace the 1/4" input jack on my Warwick, which was making pops because the input hole had some play in it. Havent had time to order replacement.

Quick fix for gig.

Take a strip of clear adhesive tape and wrap exactly one thickness around jack. Push plug into hole. Tape should squish down to bottom and put tension on plug, enough to stop popping, unless you really wiggle it.

Dumb, but it works.
