I have an old Acoustic 370 head it's rated 375 @ 2 ohms and about 300 at 4ohms I just got a yorkville 1-15 cab that is 300 @8 ohms will I mess up this cabinet using a heard that goes as high as 4 ohms as long as I don't try and push it too hard?

The Acoustic 370 head is a solid state head and therefore you have no problems hooking up an 8-ohm cabinet. Just don't hook up a combination of cabs that creates a load less than 2-ohms. The disadvantage is that at 8-ohms, the head will be capable of less power. Probably in the range of 150-200 watts.

another question can I hook a 4 ohm cabinet and that 8 ohm cabinet to that head will it hurt anything i know it will be less than a 2 ohm load

You can. It will be a 2.67 ohm load. (1/x = 1/4 + 1/8; x = 2.67) The 4-ohm cab will get more power than the 8-ohm cab. Depending on the relative efficiencies between the cabs it might sound good or bad. For example, if the 8-ohm cab also is less efficient, it might simply be drowned out by the output of the 4-ohm cab. Best way to know? Try it and use your ears.
