Double Bass Duncan Mc Tier Daily exercises

Looking to buy a copy of Duncan McTier's Daily exercises. I have googled him but can find no sheetmusic outlet in the uk that does his music. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Any help gratefully received.

I believe that I got my copy from Lemur Music here in the states. I'm sure they can ship it overseas. I'm sure if you can find his contact info, you could get a copy directly from Duncan McTier.
