Neck length near 60cm.

OK -- so it's 34 Inches (Americans are metrically challenged). That means standard long scale strings should fit. XL or Super Long could account for the difference in E string length because the other tuners are out farther and would suck up the ectra length. Is your G string almost too short? On my Lakland basses, which have a 3/2 headstock, if I buy something like TI XL strings, some of the "speaking length" of the G wraps around the tuner because the G post is closer to the nut than it is on Fender or other 4-in-a-line basses.

BUT, as others have said, wrap the E and don't worry about it.

I had to trip all my strings so my G was fine, only the E was too long.
Now I have wraped the E on properly and I guess it looks like it's gonna hold up.
Plus not it is't eatin my nut sideways.

Wrap the strings around their own peg!! Trim with wirecutters to about 3 inches past the peg.
