Double Bass EA12M vs EA 10

Hello to every one, I've just bought a ten2 from AI, but with my setup (a little french bass with realist and Dyn-B) I had some problems, the sound is not always clean and it's full of middle range and quite resonant.
I've just tried Euphonic audio 12M of a friend of mine with the head of ten2 and It sounded great. But I was interested to know if anyone has the experience of differences between EA12M and EA12 or EA10.Becouse this friend said me that 10'' would be better for double bass?is true?I'm not so sure
Anyone just know something about the head of EA iAMP Doubler?

Thanks
Matteo Lorito

I play through a EA doubler and a wizzy 12 m line, and sometime I use the wizzy 10. I like the 10 speaker cab. for lower volume playing in small rooms, it will give you a big sound. For larger venues I like the 12 m line, it helps the overall sound when I'm using my EUB, or BG. There has been situations where I have used both speakers at the same time, for outside situations. The doubler head is the best thing to happen for me, it gives me options with how I can use it. And it's loud too.....

All things being equal with my bass the m line is a better all around cabinet for double bass. With that if your situation would benefit from a smaller lighter cabinet the wizzy 10 can be very useful.

I'd agree that the doubler is THE BEST double bass head available regardless of size, weight and cost. Fortunately this little head is small, light and relatively reasonably priced.
