Eastwood TB64 Noise?

I'm thinking about getting the Eastwood TB64. How is the noise from those single-coil pickups? Are they annoying?

Not with my system, that I can notice. I always play with all three switched on, so maybe there is some cancellation between them. My recordings are clean.

Very nice Bass VI-type instrument at a ridiculous price. The note envelope is a little twangy for my taste if trying to play a traditional bass line, but as a melodic instrument, it is beautiful.

Thanks. I'm not into the Bigby vibrato arm, and want to remove it. That should be possible, right?

I watched this review of it here and the guy's playing technique matches with the way I want to play it.
