Most reggae lines seem easy. "Seem" is the key word. I would just dive in.

Pick any song(s) but know that reggae is way more of a feel than just notes. Always listen to the skank and how the bass and drums interact with it.

Good on ya, OP. Reggae is IMHO the best genre for a bass guitarist to learn in terms of feel, space, the whole behind vs ahead of the beat thing, hearing the whole band as one giant instrument, etc etc. I grew up a prog rocker and after playing bass for 20 years got hired for a reggae tour with some serious cats from Jamaica. Robbie Shakespeare played on the albums I had to learn. It was trial by fire and I struggled to get the feel but they taught me tons. By the end of those rehearsals and tours I was 10 times the bassist I was previously.
