The seller only has the bass (and I imagine the case) available for sale in the US and Canada. This geographical restriction is why you can't ask him a question.

I think you may be right (at least I hope so). Maybe a new enhancement for the seller's geo-restrictions option? I've noticed I'm not getting bombarded anymore with requests to ship overseas on my ebay auctions.
