EBMM sterling and series mode problem

hi. I have Sterling H made in 2009 and in series mode one coil (this one closer to the neck) in humbacker is not working anymore... for a while it was good for time to time but now is dead. So the sound in this mode is weaky. Parallel and single coil modes work well ( only one thing - this coil closer to the neck seems to be very less sensitive comparing to coil closer to the bridge,anyway is not dead like in series mode, its working. Maybe its normal to be like this, dunno) .

Anyway of course I changed battery, checked wiring as good as I can , resoldered some connections which looked not perfect, wrote to music man customer service asking for some tips or good wiring diagrams (no answer), posted topic on the music man forum .....and nothing.

Im from small town in Norway so its not easy here for good luthier...besides, its veeery expensive so I wish to try by myself first But there are sooo many cables inside and I have a problem to locate the right ones cuz I cant find on the internet good wiring schematics of sterling H...
If someone can help me which cable is which or send drawing or diagram can be great Im not electronic expert but I know how to solder .

I would try some good contact cleaner in the switch... If you've checked all the solder joints, I'd say the switch is more likely to fail than a pickup...

Sounds like the switch. Contact EB customer service about getting a new one.

From the pickup are going green, white , black and red cables to the switch . Which colour is going from coil nr 2 ( this one close to the neck) ?

Probably a contact of the switch is bent. If it's the case try to fix it back to position.

yeah, I was trying to do that:/ Anyway in the beginning it was sometime working and sometime not, then it stopped .

this is how it looks. Do you know whats about with this cable which I marked in red ? First is the black connection and than violet cable is going to the other side of the switch. And this is the only cable which isn't doing anything when its disconnected. Its just the same.

Never seen smth like this...so many holes , and it seems to be made on music man factory. Why?

I've already asked They gave me mail to customer service..so I wrote to them few days ago and I haven't received anything yet...
