EBS Noise problem

Greetings I have an EBS Drome 12 with a non-operational monitor loop and a loud hum when the volume is about halfway up, therefore limiting its usability. Has anyone had this problem? I remember there being a thread about a service tech who did EBS work but I couldn't locate it. If anyone can recommend a good tech I would appreciate it. many thanks.

Hello I know that this is an old thread I'm replying to, but.
Did you ever figure out what the problem was?
I have a Gorm ET350 that used to be quiet and now it Buzzes loudly without anything plugged in and with a bass plugged in as well.

I took it to a shop and they said it was fixed but as soon as I plugged it in the same problem was there, but even louder!
I took it back to the repair shop and have not gotten it back yet.

I was wondering what the outcome was with yours?
