hey guys,

got offered a Eden Nemesis 210 bass combo for 50 bucks, only issue is that there is something wrong with the input circuit. Think he told me it was from 93 or 94. Think its worth it?

IIRC, Nemesis wasn't even on the market until 1996... :eyebrow:

As to the value of this Nemesis combo, yeah, it'd be worth it - if the input circuit is the only thing wrong with it. Thing is, if it won't even take a signal and you can't even get a sound, how will you know for sure? :hmm:

For some strange reason, I'm not getting notified of responses here!
I don't check on the page as much as I should, but I will catch up.
Anyone else, PM me gets to me quicker, at least I get notified when I get a PM.
Here we go:

jp1994, can I get #200? I figured since the count is close...?

Sure thing odk, you got #200.....welcome :bassist:

I don't suppose owning a D210XLT would count, huh?

Why not....it's still Eden?
franchelB you can have #194.....welcome to you also :D

BTW, you can please give me a number too, JP. I own two Nemesis combo amps - the NC410 and the NC210.

MM

Welcome MM, you are now #195

I need a number please!

Eden WT 405 through a CX210, I'm pretty sure that's the cab name. It's the one with the coaxial speakers, anyway, ad another Aussie to your list, us + Eden bring the Thunder Down Under! Not sure if anyone else has used that...

Aussies are always welcome, mate.:D
You have #196. :hyper:

I hope that was everyone!

I got my navigator!

Few things:
It hisses quite alot.
It says it is model B. anyone knows what that means?
It doesn't produce a particularly hot signal. not even enough. I read somewhere on TB it's too hot. Am I having a problem?

It need to be said though, that I tried it through a Mackie mixer and powered monitors, since I didn't get the PA yet, and I still have no cabinet.
I hope everything will be mended when I get them.

I tried hooking one of the navigator's outputs (left channel) to a GK backline 150's effects loop return, and still got hiss. Even with no instrument in!
When I the bass into straight to the GK's instrument input everything was dead quiet.
Ideas, anyone?

Hi, Can I have a number? I am the proud owner of a 1999 Nemesis NC210 that I picked up last week. The things sounds great, so much better than the Ampeg BA115 that is has replaced. Also love the fact that it weighs about 20 pounds less.

Thanks

Ken

:hyper:

I will take 198. I will also post pictures soon.

I have been looking for this sound for some time now. I played a Nemesis head hooked to an Eden cab a few years ago at Sam Ash, and knew it was the sound for me. I just needed to save my pennies. Now I have one, and I am very happy. :bassist:

For now.

ah... I'm on my third Eden and I do believe this one will stick. First a WT400 that I loved tonally but not quite the nads I needed. Then a Navigator driving a 2402 - uh, no problem with the nads thing ... not as sweet as the WT400 though. Now Jerry J's old WT800A - damn but I love this thing... I actually offed my GK 1001 RB II to get it - some folks on this board will faint when they read that as I do bleed GK colors (whatever they are...) if sliced ... So now I'm blood type Eden-GK-EA ...

Been running the WT on an old 1x5, updated with an Eminence 3015 for the bottom and a Bag End S15D-X on the top. Crossing around 400 and ... ooo but it's gucci and juicy. My J's just love this thing.

Hi - Can I have a number?

Absolutely....you are #199
Welcome

Just to let everyone know, this is a milestone in the club's history.

We are now at 200 members.
It took 1 1/2 years to get here.

When I started this club I never thought we'd get this many members, but I saw all the other clubs and thought Eden should be represented as well.

This is very cool.

Congratulations and Thank you to all our members and to Eden Electronics for making such great equipment.
