I was telling bill clements one of there artists in their catalogue about and he was very impressed too.. i dont even think he is with eden anymore ...

I always liked the sound of eden gear too.. but you can get that with the Genz Benz and then some..

There were several factors why I decided to go with that particular head(WTX260), but I will not list them now...
I do not challenge the quality and advantages of new Genz-Benz head, but your statement seems strange to me. You could post this info in Shuttle megathread anyway.
I spent some time in U.S. and saw that some adds on TV that included open bashing of competitors, so I'm not really surprised by your behavior... :scowl:

yeah ok junior.. i almost pee myself when i see how defensive you edenites get...
the reason was that at NAMM your EDEN worshipers went by the GENZ BENZ booth and Heard and saw the Shuttle 6.0 and poooped their pants.. verbally .. there were a group of us standing there at that time.. even one of their top Eden endorsers that is a very visible person... oh .. he jumped off the Eden ship too... but he went to Hartke..
eden cant hold onto their endorser even when they give the stuff away...
now cry back at me again... :bawl:

Why does it offend you that we have different opinions than yours?

I really don't care what other folks jumped ship for.
I know what I like and have a right to like it.
So do the rest of the folks here, THAT'S WHAT WE ARE HERE FOR!!!!

As I've said before, everyone has a right to their opinion.
This is NOT the correct place to be bashing Eden.

Make your own thread to bash whomever you like.

We don't really want to hear it.
We're here to like what we like, not get talked down to like we are children.

The levels of inconsideration and the insulting behavior continues to escalate on TB. :scowl:

Yeah ok, Mr. Powers, please, reread my previous post. I'm not "EDEN worshiper" and I doubt that anybody who got number here pray to their Eden rig three times a day. You got wrong if you think so. The rest is pretty clearly described in post #126

I really wish there was someone at Eden who really gave a damn about stuff like this. This man was a real Eden endorser, till he got treated like a juvinile, by Lane Baldwin. I myself, though I still use Eden , was also treated like a kid by Lane, and told he was going to hang up on me, without helping me out with the problem I had at the time. I ask that ALL the guys who are now in this Eden club, if you get treated like crap by Lane. Get hold of the company in any way you can, and help us get this guy dumped out on his ear, and get in a good company rep, who really cares about his customers, and doesn;t have a condesending additude when talking on the phone to people. The longer they keep him, the more customers they are going to lose, and I really don't want to be one of them, because I like the sound I get. But if I ever have to deal with that man again, I'll be gone too.

Sorry, but this, I consider bashing people who chose to use Eden regardless of the personality issues with their employees! :scowl:

Lane is a knucklehead and poor artist rep as you have said.. Three other artist endorsers on this forum have left eden simply because of his unprofessional behavior. ... I understand being upset at the people involved who have treated you badly.
I would be pissed as well.
If Lane does treat people this way, it is inexcusable and David N. SHOULD dump him out on his ass.
I do NOT know though, as I've never had issue to deal with him or anyone else at Eden personally.

The way the company has treated its endorsees and users has been worsening in the last few years...terribly.

Hopefully, this changes.

Also, you must remember that Eden is not the only company to change for the worse.
This is not , in any way a justification of Edens actions.
Look at the problems other folks have had with other companies, also.

How about Ampeg and their ever increasing reliability problems since going overseas.

Bottom line, I guess, with all companies nowadays is the almighty dollar.
Service be damned!
Cut costs...increase profit margin...take check to the bank.

This is not only an Eden problem, but a widespread epidemic in ALL business.
Some more, than others, but it is there.

Again, I am sorry for you and any others problems with Lane and Eden's CS.
This is unforgivable to treat customers this way.

Don't come down on us fellow musicians for playing through the equipment we like, and we won't complain about yours.

The major point here is RESPECT, people.
We need to respect each other and all of our decisions, even if the manufacturers can't!

I had a girlfriend leave me too once. Hurt my feelings real bad. Gosh, but somehow I learned to move on. I bet she has made someone else very happy. Oh I'm sorry, lost track of where I was for a minute.

Eden WT-400 awesome head.
