Would 2 of these hooked up to my GK mb500 sound good!!

Or should i stop messing around and just get a 4x10 or a 2x12...

There are two versions of the EX112...an 8ohm version and a 4 ohm version. I have the 4 ohm version. It's a nice cab. What kind of venues do you play? For moderate volumes, one may be enough, but you'll likely need 2 to get above the drums. If you are planning on playing clubs/bars though, you'd be better off getting an 8 ohm 4x10, 2x12, or 1x15...then adding a matching cab for more volume, if needed.

Cool cool! Well i was thinking the 2 x 112.

We play medium sized venues at the moment anywhere from 50 - 200 people, but we have a few festivals in the summer, 5000+ people, so id need the full 500watts!

I have this cab, and it is a VERY nice sounding cab, but when pushed at high levels it stresses easily. I would NOT count on a loud gig with two of them.

One works for rehearsal, two would work for a smallish to medium bar gig. Two are DEFINITELY NOT enough for a larger bar. They will fart on you when driven hard.

You will get better "loud" performance out of a GK neo2x12 for certain.
