I played one in a local store with an Eden micro head about two weeks ago. It's a very nice little 4-ohm cabinet that would be great for a coffee house gig, small gigs with a restrained drummer, piano trio, recording, or as a near-ear stage monitor for PA support gigs. It sounded fine with the 4- and 5-string basses that I played through it. It would probably be great with an upright as well.

Rad. That sounds pretty cool. Has anyone compaired it to the old yamaha bbt110s cab?

I have the EX1108 (8 ohm version) and I use it with a Little Mark III head. I'm really pleased with the results. Warm but pretty uncolored. Not edgy as there is no tweeter but a "wizzer type" cone. Played with a passive bass it is pretty "woody" sounding to me. Nice for acoustic jazz or any gig that doesn't demand too much. It does put out a very decent amount of bottom for such a little thing and it is very easy to carry with the built in handle in the back of the cab. I may get a 2nd one and have 500watts into 2 cabs for a very potent and very tiny tower.
