Eden WT400 instrument input audio connector jack source

Both the instrument input jack and the headphone jack on my Eden WT400 have broken. I've been searching for OEM type replacements, but none to be found so far. Any sources or part numbers. Photos with measurements below.

That appears to be a standard Neutrik slim style TRS jack Be sure to measure all of the dimensions including the height of the bushing off of the PCB, there are different heights available.
