I have an Eden WTDI & posted this on the club thread. I figured I might get a quicker answer here though. I'm having a problem with my active bass overdriving the preamp section of the WTDI. At least I think that's what's happening. It doesn't do that with a passive bass. How can I tame the signal down?:help:

Mine does that even with a passive bass (aero-Q pickup). I can't turn the thing up past 9:00. Even with my cheap Cort or SX it (the pre-gain) distorts very early. I can get it to sound pretty good but I have to keep the pre gain at no more than 8;00, making the internal compressor less useful. Also I've had more than one sound guy tell me that the DI output is way too hot.

i knew i should have got the Tone Hammer!!
