Double Bass Edgar Meyer Sheet Music

I'm pretty sure that stuff is not for sale. Many composer/musicians these days maintain exclusive rights to their music. That way they can get more money by performing. Phillip Glass comes to mind. Some of his stuff like the Concerto is available for rental.

If you are just going to play it for fun you should consider transcribing the music.

the sheet music must exist, just not be published. at a masterclass last year, Edgar told me that his students (at Curtis, etc) do perform his works for bass, which led me to believe that at least HE had copies of it. plus in videos such as the music for two DVD you can see him and Bela working from sheet music.

he's a super nice guy - i wonder if he'd share a copy with someone whose intentions were good (i.e. didn't want to distribute it).
