Edible composite.

Cool. I was thinking of a non-edible composite, but it probably won't come to fruition - it involves what used to be edible: the charred remains of what is supposed to be food.

Seriously, though, I was thinking the charred remains of charcoal. Isn't that carbon? Mix it with epoxy, and I'd be an everyday Ned Steinberger (except nowhere NEAR as cool).

I never thought this topic would live to see page 2, but since it has, I'de like to see somebody here make a guitar-pop body. Picture how solid a 1.75" thick jolly rancher would be. Price them reasonably, and soon every high school kid in a punk band would have one. Hell, I'll take one too. I like watermelon.

Ick. What happens in rainstorms and in the summer? It'll get all sticky and disgusting. What's worse, hair and lint will stick to it. Nope. But I DO like the burnt marshmallows.

Right, but then again, the target demographic would already be sticky and disgusting. I know I was. Hairy and linty too.
Does current day punk allow hygene? Those days are long gone for me.

I thought very seriously last week about making a guitar out of epoxy and various breakfast cereals. Cheerios for the body, shredded wheat (get it?) for the neck, fretboard inlaid with those marshmallows from Lucky Charms.

Might need a stronger cereal for the neck though...maybe Grape Nuts or something.

I may actually do it.

I will be your fan for life if you do.
