Do any of you got an experience with UPS Logistics?

What do; "Status: Exception" mean?

The trackingsystem says that it has come to the office in the arrivalcity, but there is this "Exceptions"



Anyone got an Idea whats wrong?

Exception: An Exception notification informs you about the unforeseen events resulting in a change to the expected delivery day and includes the rescheduled delivery date.

It's probably going through customs.

Basically, they can't find you at the address on the package.

When that happened to me, I had to call UPS customers service and arrange for it to be held at the distribution site for me to pick up. The problem is that many of the routes go until 8 PM, so it was late.

I did eventually get it.

The scheduled time for delivery is tomorrow (8.10.08) yyou think it will come then?

I had that happen when the driver got the address wrong and they waited until the next day to deliver. If you call customer service they can usually tell you what went wrong.
